Jim is the Broker of Keller Williams Premier Realty Lake Minnetonka and KW Commercial, a locally owned real estate company in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Since 2011, he has grown the office to the #2 market share position in the greater Wayzata market place.
Jim has managed sales offices for Keller Williams Realty, O’Conor, Piper & Flynn Realtors in Maryland, and Relocation Realty Service Corp in NY and holds numerous sales awards.
Jim is originally from Connecticut, where he obtained his B.S. Degree in Business Management from Fairfield University and attended University of Conn Masters Program. He moved to Maryland in 1981, relocated to Minnesota in 2010 and currently resides in a Minneapolis suburb. His past civic activities include: the St Michaels Business Association (past President, Innkeepers Chair), the Easton Lions Club (Board of Directors, Communications/PR Chair), the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors (past Board of Director, past Education Chair), St Michaels P&Z’s Board of Appeals, Talbot County Chamber, Ann Arundel County Assoc. of Realtors.
Jim is currently serving as the Board of Directors Chair and an Ambassador for the Wayzata West Metro Chamber of Commerce. Jim has served on the Professional Standards Committee for the Minnesota Association of Realtors since 2012. Jim also serves on the Chanhassen Commission on Aging, advocating for the town’s senior citizens.
Jim is an avid golfer and sailor, racing Sonar’s, and S-279’s on Lake Minnetonka every week.
