We recently worked with Jim over a 4 month period during the sale of our townhome and purchase of our new single home. Once we did sell our townhome, the home buying process continued to be challenging, just because of the lack of inventory available. He did thorough research on each property, brought a level and experienced perspective to how we went about our negotiations that really led to us successfully getting our dream home at the price we wanted. In fact, without Jim, we likely would not have jumped on our current property–we had ruled it out just based on photos and Jim pushed us to see it in person, and we fell in love!
