Do you know the Camarata Numrich story of forming a family business together?! Read below to get all the details!

Jim is originally from the East Coast. While working for Control Data in the 1980’s, met a colleague, Lisa Lund, who was raised in Deephaven. Although each went their separate ways, life drew them back together in 2008. Jim moved to Minnesota in 2009 and married his Deephaven beauty in the fall of 2012. Jim and Lisa live in Chanhassen and love to sail, golf, and participate in their neighborhood gourmet dinner club.

Carly grew up in Lakeville and attended St. Olaf College. In the spring of 2013, Carly met Carl while both were attending the University of St. Thomas, School of Law. (Yes, no typo-there, Carly & Carl.) Carl is the eldest son of Lisa Lund. Love blossomed and the next few years saw Carly and Carl graduate from law school, begin their legal careers, get married, and buy a home in the Groveland area of Minnetonka. Carly and Carl love to travel, play golf, and spend time with their dog, Norman.

Now that you know a little more about Jim & Carly, let us tell you about Camarata Numrich! Jim’s real estate career began with corporate relocation, and progressed through general brokerage sales, new home sales, and sales management. When he moved to Minnesota to marry Lisa, he was the Team Leader of the Keller Williams office in Wayzata. Jim was able to grow the office from 42 associates to over 125 professionals, and to occupy the # 2 market share position among the top six brokerages in Wayzata.

After passing the bar exam in 2013, Carly was hired by U.S. Bank to draft and negotiate vendor contracts. Carly spent 3 years at U.S. Bank, and negotiated contracts totaling well over $500M in value to the bank.

The idea for Camarata Numrich came together in early 2016.
Carly became a Realtor® in the fall of 2016. In the spring of 2017, Jim transferred out of office leadership. Finally, the dream of building and growing their own business came to fruition. Jim and Carly have formed a family partnership in Camarata Numrich.
